Overview
This Design-Build project included the code compliance, demolition, reconstruction, and enhancement of the training facilities at the Litchfield County Regional Fire School to provide the highest level of training possible to first responders. Included in the scope of the project is a new 16,653 SF administrative and educational facility, locker rooms, a new 5,896 SF burn building, a training tower, a maintenance garage, and storage shed.
