A licensed Architect with over 30 years of experience in the AEC industry, he brings a cross-disciplinary background spanning architecture, preconstruction, construction, construction management, and conflict resolution. His portfolio includes large-scale active adult residential communities, mixed-use and entertainment developments, hospitality and resort destinations, institutional and correctional facilities, and multi-site commercial programs nationwide. Jay has extensive experience managing high-value, design-build projects and collaborating with owners, developers, and project teams to deliver quality outcomes on schedule and within budget.
