Overview
Glen Oaks is a brand-new apartment community in Wall Township in Monmouth County, NJ. It features one, two and three-bedroom units and amenities.
EDM provided design services for structural engineering and MEP engineering including design for fire protection, plumbing and HVAC systems serving the new apartment complex including six three-story apartment buildings with a total of 120 apartments, a clubhouse and a maintenance and tenant storage buildings.
A new generator was installed for the clubhouse, while another generator now powers the maintenance building along with a fire pump serving the site. Additionally, an extra service has been provided for a fire pump at the maintenance building.
