Overview

This 21,000 SF senior center occupies an industrial brownfield site. Architectural and interior design blends modern forms with elements, recalling the site’s former historic industrial factory and warehouse buildings. Interior spaces include administration, health and social services offices, lounge spaces, library, fitness and exercise rooms, commercial kitchen, classroom and flexible small and large multi-purpose rooms. The project is designed and engineered to achieve LEED Silver certification.
