Overview
EDM has worked with Williams College on a variety of projects since 1998 and has completed over 60 projects on campus. Services include both new and deferred maintenance projects. Some project examples include:
Miller House
The scope consisted of the relocation of 5,200 SF Miller House across campus. The project involved the renovation of interior space, code upgrades and accessibility improvements. The purpose of the project was to create new offices for the facilities department.
Spencer Art Building
Replacement of existing barrel-vaulted copper roof with a PVC simulated standing steam system
Hewat House
Renovation of a multi-family building into offices for College Counseling Services.
Bronfman Building
Roof replacement, lab and office modifications including code accessibility updates on 1960’s era building.
Thompson Biology, Physics, and Chemistry Labs
1920’s era building, lab-modifications including code updates and roof replacement.
Hopkins Hall
Design of strategic renovations to five floors of offices in the main administrative building on the Williams College campus. Renovations included new layouts to accommodate departmental reconfigurations, new finishes, code compliance, HVAC, new lighting, electrical systems and FF&E. The building remained occupied during the renovation process.
